ADwin-Pro II Data Aquisition System

The ADwin-Pro II is a data aquisition system with eight channels of 16-bit voltage outputs and eight channels of 18-bit voltage inputs. The ADwin has a microprocessor and memory making it possible to upload a program that will perform some function. The programs are written in a language called ADwin basic. A simple program that we often use is the Readout.bas program shown below. This program repeatedly measures the eight inputs and displays the voltages.

If you are at a computer where ADwin basis is installed, you can download the program an run it. After ADwin basic starts, press the red 'B' button to boot the microprocessor, the green 'C' button to compile the code, and then the green run button.
