The diffraction peaks are labeled using the conventional (cubic) unit cell. If the primary beam is directed in the positve $x$-direction, what are $\vec{k}$, $\vec{k}'$ and $\vec{G}$ for the reflection?
For diffraction to take place, the incoming $-\vec{k}$-vector must point from the origin to the Brillouin zone boundary. The condition for this is $-\vec{k}\cdot\vec{G} = \frac{|\vec{G}|^2}{2}$. There is also the condition that $|\vec{k}| = |\vec{k}'|$.
